Briefing Description

I've always been one that preferred to read magazines than to switch on the morning or evening news. When you use the Briefing app on your Samsung device, you can customize the experience to feel like a magazine or newspaper created just for you.

One of my favorite things about using the Briefing app is that I don't have to find the app to read my news, all I have to do is swipe left on my screen and everything pops up for me automatically. If you are tired of relying on social media news feeds and overly-negative news channels, then perhaps Briefing is more up your alley!

Only Get The News That Matters To You

It seems as though anytime I have a chance to catch up on what's going on in the world, it's always something I would rather not focus my energy on. In Briefing, you get to call the shots on what you would like to see, and more importantly, what you don't. I love being able to open up the app every day and catch up on the news that's relevant to my community and me.

Easy To Navigate

I have tried other news apps out there that have a lot going on in their user interface. I was pleased to see that Briefing kept things short and sweet, and easy to find. Everything is laid out in a clean setting, and all tabs are readily available when its time to move on to the next article or video.

No Dark Mode

I have had sensitive vision when it comes to light ever since I was a kid. Typically, when I use an app in the evening or when I'm in a place with poor lighting I like to turn on the dark or night mode to give my eyes a bit of a break. Unfortunately, Briefing doesn't offer a dark mode so it can be a little bit straining on the eyes when reading in a dimly lit place.

Briefing has become my go-to app for gathering all of the news that matters to me. I typically don't like to see a lot of politics, so the fact that the app can pick up on what I don't like and filter it out for me is definitely a plus. If you're tired of all the negative news or missing out on what truly matters, then head to the play store and download Briefing on your Samsung device.
