CAIXA, or the Cashier app, allows you to keep track of multiple accounts without having to log in and out of a lot of different platforms. The problem with having usernames and passwords that are unique to several accounts is that it's not always easy to remember a bunch of unique sign-in information.
Anything digital that handles money always makes me a little bit uneasy at first, but after the first transaction used with the CAIXA app, you will receive a device registration email sent to your device to ensure that you are the one trying to use the account in question.
Once you've responded positively to the request, the device you used for the registration will then be the only available device to use with your CAIXA account.
Although some people may find this to be an inconvenience, especially if they want to share an account with their spouse, I find it to be quite comforting that if any other device tries to use my CAIXA or any account attached to it, they will be shut down instantly.
Manage Finance Accounts
Probably the most convenient aspect of the CAIXA app is that you don't have to log-in to several accounts just to check on your finances. Once you've logged into your CAIXA account and linked the proper financial accounts, you'll be able to switch between one account and another with a single tap.
Although I find the one-user policy to be beneficial for the safety of all accounts, I don't like that the app stays connected at all times. Sure, there are a few security options available so that no one can hack your account and use your funds, but what if someone steals your phone to use the app?
I suppose you could remedy the issue by logging out on your own each time, but I rarely remember to log out of apps before closing my phone screen as it is.
If you have several accounts that you want to manage at once, then be sure to download the CAIXA app from the play store to keep an eye on your money.
