Calorie Counter - MyFitnessPal Review
Calorie Counter is a necessary app in today's world. Obesity is one of the leading causes of death in the United States, and people are more focused on losing weight and getting into better shape.
A problem with apps of this nature is the inability to get accurate calories from certain foods. With a huge database of foods, the Calorie Counter app doesn't seem to have this problem. If you have any questions as to what the calories the food contains, there is an excellent search function within the app that is sure to find the food...even if it's a processed, prepackaged meal replacement.
I found the shakes I drink for weight loss right at the top of the food list. I simply put in the name of the product and the database pulls it up.
The Calorie Counter app has a plethora of great features. Beyond a huge food database, it has a barcode scanner, restaurant logger that allows you to search for a specific meal at a specific restaurant, personalized experiences where you can log recipes, and share your story with thousands of users.
Add to your Diet
I suggest you download the Calorie Counter app if you are serious about losing weight with concern to your dietary needs. As a diabetic, I have to monitor my caloric intake on a daily basis and the Calorie Counter app does an excellent job of assisting me in reaching my goals. It will do the same for you.
