Dropbox Description

Dropbox is helping students and professionals who need a streamlined method to collaborate with their peers. Not only can you compile all of your work from multiple platforms in one location, but you can also communicate with your team through the app as well.

The gig economy has made it far easier to find gainful employment, but staying connected with others who are working on a project hasn't always been a walk in the park. When you use Dropbox, however, it doesn't matter if you are sick at home on the couch, or 30,000 feet in the air on your way to a meeting, it's simple to stay on task and collaborate with your team when all of your work is compiled into one place.

Dropbox Review

Like A Handheld Scanner

I've always needed an office scanner, but the cost has always been a problem for me. Now that I've started using Dropbox, I can simply take a picture of a piece of paper, whiteboard, and even receipts to convert the information into PDF files to share with my peers.

This is an especially helpful tool for students who need to retrieve notes from school when they've been out sick. Now, instead of your friends writing everything down on paper, they can simply take a picture of the whiteboard in class and share it with you through Dropbox.

Communication Made Easy

It's not enough to swap documents and images back and forth between your peers, there has to be an open line of communication if you expect to get anything done. Fortunately, when you trade documents and files with other users through Dropbox, everyone will be able to leave comments and even work on data sent through the app by another user.

This way, if one person in the group sees a problem, they can quickly identify it for everyone to read by leaving a comment next to the document in Dropbox.

Sync, Stream, and Edit

The best part about using Dropbox to collaborate on work is that everyone can work together in one location. This means that if someone uploads a file to Dropbox, you can easily open it and work on the document as if it were on your personal device.

Overall, Dropbox is an incredibly useful app for anyone who regularly works with files on the computer or for those who do not work in a traditional office setting.
