Google Sheets Description

Google Sheets is changing the way people work on spreadsheets both in and out of the office. Whether you collaborate with peers across the country, or simply can't make it into the office, Google Sheets will make it so that the work doesn't have to stop just because there is some distance between you.

The app allows for seamless collaboration and communication across all devices, making it simples to connect with peers from all over the world. Another feature I love about Google Sheets is that I can leave comments for my coworkers to read as they look over the spreadsheets in the app.

Never Lose Your Work

I can't tell you how many times I've been working on a document or spreadsheet and completely lost everything because of a power outage or a dead laptop battery. Even if you are using your mobile device and lose a Wi-fi or network connection, Google Sheets will never interrupt what you are working on. In fact, the app will save your work even when you're offline so that you can seamlessly pick up where you left off on another device.

Collaborate In Real Time

Typically, when you send files over email or other services, you have to wait for the other person to input their work or notes and send the data back to you. This can be very time consuming and frustrating for everyone involved; that is why the developers of Google Sheets have made it possible to input notes and work while another person is working on the same spreadsheet. This means that even though your sheet is pulled up on your smartphone, someone else can also make changes and add comments to the work from another device entirely.

Work On Multiple Devices

There are times when I am more comfortable working on my tablet than I am sitting up at the computer. Google Sheets allows users to stop what they're doing on one device, and pick up exactly where they left off on a completely different device. All you have to do is log in to Google Sheets, and your work will be visible across all of your devices.

Because you can seamlessly switch between one device and another, you can comfortably stop what you're doing at the office and pick up where you left off when you get to your next destination. Google Sheets is an essential tool for any professional or student who uses spreadsheets in their work.
