Magic Tiles 3 Review

Magic Tiles 3 reviewerMarc

Magic Tiles 3 is yet another piano game that will let you try your hand at tapping fast moving blocks to create beautiful music. One thing that stands apart with this title is that the background of each level of the game is beautifully colored, and the animation of the blocks keep things exciting.

Unlike most games in the play store, you can navigate Magic Tiles 3 with 2 fingers. Several stages in the game will give you multiple targets to hit at once, so make sure to pay close attention, so you don't miss any blocks.

Popular Song Covers

Typically, piano tile games only give you the instrumental version of a song, but when you play Magic Tiles 3, you can look forward to hearing a full song cover, including the vocals while your fingers move along the tiles.

Although not all of the songs are sung by the original artist, the covers are well performed and do each of the famous performances justice with their vocals and arrangements.

Band Mode

There are times when I might want to focus on a different instrument in a song, but most piano tile games only offer the sound of a piano when you play.

In Magic Tiles 3, simply choose the band mode to pick from other instruments like guitar and drums. Not only is this an exciting new feature, but it's also a change that makes a lot of sense to music lovers.

Although a lot of the songs do feature pianos, there are several that sound far better played on a guitar, so I'm glad that the team behind Magic Tiles 3 gave us more options with band mode.

Challenge Your Friends

I've never played a piano tile game on my phone that I could play with other people, but yet again, the team behind Magic Tiles 3 makes it happen. You can invite three other people to jump into a tile tapping battle with you.

Once you start the player versus player match, you'll each have the opportunity to rack up as many points as you can before you fail or the song plays to the end. If you are the winner, you can expect a decent prize and your name at the top of the leaderboards!

Magic Tiles 3 has nearly replaced my other piano tile games because of its attention to detail and incredible new song playing options.
