School of Dragons Review
School of Dragons is an exciting game that allows players to jump right into and be a part of the How To Train Your Dragon universe. If you loved the movies and the cartoon series, then you have to download the School of Dragons game to be part of the excitement!
The School of Dragons app is a great game to have if you've got little ones at home that enjoy playing games. Although any age of gamer would enjoy playing School of Dragons, younger children would find it most entertaining to play.
If you are ready to join Hiccup, Astrid, Toothless, and more friends from Berk, then make sure to get School of Dragons for your smartphone or tablet in the Google play store.
Customize Your Avatar And Dragon
The most enjoyable part about playing School of Dragons is that you can choose a unique character which you can customize to look any way you want. After you've created your unique Viking, find your ideal dragon and customize their appearance any way you'd like.
Whether you want a fierce looking dragon with an attitude or a shy and quiet dragon, you can choose to make them appear and behave any way you want.
A Vikings Gotta Live Somewhere
Vikings pride themselves on taking care of their dragons and the land in which their people live. When you download School of Dragons, one of the things you will focus on in the game is building and maintaining your very own farm.
Not only will you have your dragon training to contend with, but you will also have to grow and harvest crops, and take care of various farm animals to help your town.
The more healthy your farm is looking, and the bigger and stronger your avatar and dragon become, the higher up on the leaderboards you will climb.
Challenge Other Trainers To A Race
One of the only ways for a Viking to prove his or herself is to jump on the back of their dragon and take to the skies for an epic race. Because School of Dragons is an MMO style game, the massively open world is full of plenty of other players to challenge.
The more you put yourself out there and challenge other trainers to a race, the higher your name will climb in the scoreboards when you win.
You can also choose to battle other trainers, or party up with them to complete various quests that will be available to your throughout the gameplay.
Now, some parents might not like the idea of their younger children playing on an open-world MMO game with strangers. Parents can find relief knowing that the developers of the School of Dragons app have gone to great lengths to make sure your child has an innocent experience when they engage with other players on the app.
For example, if your child should become engaged in a chat with another player, all text is filtered for inappropriate content. Because you know that they won't be reading any nasty messages from an ill-intending stranger, you won't have to worry quite as much about the content the in which they are viewing.
However, with all of that information out there, it's always a good idea to keep an eye on the games your children are playing, so you are 100% certain they are safe at all times.
School Of Dragons is a beautifully crafted game that allows you to really feel like you're part of the world.
The game has some drawbacks as for example the relatively expensive in-app purchases, which IMHO shouldn't be part of a game targeted at minors.
But if you let your kids play and lock them out of being able to make purchases, it is absolutely a game that I would let my kids play.
If you're an adult and want to play, go ahead, it is a really fun game that will give you many great in-game memories.
