Township

Township Description

Township is a combination of popular city-builders and farming simulation games. The cartoon-like graphics give the game a whimsical feel while providing realistic scenarios and expectations. You'll have to start from the ground up to build your city, but as soon as you start completing missions and putting up structures, the residents will begin filing in.

Another appealing factor to Township is that it's a family-friendly game that doesn't include any foul language or inappropriate content so parents can rest at ease while their kids enjoy the game. Did I mention it was free to download as well? I don't know about you, but I love a good free game when I can find it!

Harvesting Materials

If you've ever played a farming simulation or a city-building game, then I'm sure you're already familiar with the idea of harvesting materials to continue the growth of your town. You'll need to build farms and house livestock for specific elements to make your town run properly.

Don't forget about the various structures that also put out harvestable items that you can use in other areas of the city. The more you stay focused on harvesting and keeping your animals and buildings on cooldown, the faster you'll be able to create a thriving town.

Build To Keep Them Happy

As in any city, your residents will be unhappy if the town does not have specific amenities. On top of managing your farm and livestock, you'll also have to build hospitals, police stations, fire stations, and other essential locations that are needed for a town to succeed.

You'll also start to see the people of your city complaining about having nothing to do or eat if you don't include fast food joints and amusement parks or movie theatres for them to enjoy.

Represent Where You Come From

Most people have pride in where they come from, so the developers at Playrix have included several flags from different country's all over the world and also have famous landmarks and historical places that you can place throughout your town as well.

Township is one of my favorite simulation games because it combines both the farming and city aspects of life. If you've been looking for a family friendly game that your kids can play and that you can enjoy on your downtime, then head to the play store and start your journey on Township.
