Vault-Hide Pics & Videos,App Lock, Free backup Review
As convenient as smartphones and other mobile devices are, they are essentially pocket-sized computers that hold a tremendous amount of information about our personal lives.
If you've ever lost your phone in a public place, then you've probably had that feeling of panic that comes with wondering what they will find on your device and if they will compromise any of your financial or social accounts.
Another feature I enjoy using in Vault is the built-in private browser. These days, nearly every website out there gathers information on every user that stops by for a visit. Although it doesn't seem like such a bad thing, at times the information collected can cause problems for you.
For example, if you're searching for a specific product on Google you might notice that you'll start to receive ads about the same product on your social media feeds and even news feeds.
Make sure to keep all of your browsing history a secret by downloading the Vault app and take advantage of the private browser.
Regardless of how many vaults you create and how many passwords you set, there is always a chance that someone is going to try to take your device or at the very least try to snoop through it.
The team behind Vault also implemented a safety feature that would snap a picture and take information from a faulty sign-in attempt so that you can see exactly who tried to look on your phone without permission.
Data Transfer Simplified
If it wasn't suggested, I would have never thought the Vault app could be used to make the transition from an old device to a new one more. Because you can also backup all of your data to the Cloud Backup feature in the app, you can also use Vault to log into your new device and simply recover the data you've backed up.
Never again will you lose any contacts or spend hours trying to get your new phone to include everything from your old device.
