This is my personal favorite, for the simple reason that the challenges are INSANELY hard. It can become a little frustrating in the beginning if you can't even finish a third of the repetitions but if you just work through it for weeks/months you will get a huge reward in the form of having extremely good cardio and strength built up. Freeletics doesn't just do that though, due to the really challenging nature of the workouts, it builds willpower as well. I can attest to that personally.

Personally, I like MyPlate more. MyFitnessPal isn't bad but I find that MyPlate is easier to handle for me at least and the UI is easier to navigate / faster to enter meals etc.
Google Fit is a great app if you're looking to improve your health more than your weight. Created with the guidance of the World Health Organization and the American Heart Association, this app is all about making every movement you make count, not just the few moments a day when you're really picking up the pace and exercising.
This works in a few ways. First of all, you get points for every movement you make, kind of like a pedometer. This can motivate you to make smarter choices in your day to day life, like parking farther from the store or taking the elevator. Secondly, you get heart points every time you move in a way that raises your heart rate, lowering your risk of heart-related disease. One point per minute of moderate exercise, like brisk walking, and two points per minute for more intense activities like jogging.
This is an exciting and fun free app for those who love running or those who want to get into it. If you're tired of the same old boring apps, you need to check this one out. Not only does the app track your runs for you, giving you routes to try and telling you how long you've run, the distance and the estimated caloric burn, you also get to save the world from zombies. Yeah. Zombies.
Through a mixture of your own music and a unique and exciting audio drama written by a novelist, you'll get to run from zombies in a post-apocalyptic civilization. Your exercise game will be taken to the next level. You'll work harder than ever, all while having the time of your life. On each run, you'll gain supplies to help build a civilization safe from these monsters. Power up and unlock the fun of Zombies, Run!

It's easy to search the database for what you need. There are customizable sliders that let you quickly find exactly what your body needs. Choose a difficulty level, length of workout as short as two minutes and as long as an hour plus, even choose which areas of the body you'd like to target. Tone up and get in the best shape you've ever been, one video at a time. With this much variety, you'll be good to go for years.
This app is specifically for those who wish to concentrate on gaining strength and muscle mass via weight-lifting. This app takes all the stress out of going to the gym by doing all the planning for you. The app works by planning out three workouts for you per week. Each workout is designed to be about 45 minutes long, so you aren't stuck in the gym for over an hour. You are given three weight-training exercises to perform, and the amount of weight and reps you're intended to do. Track your stats as you get stronger and feel accomplished as your body is able to do more than you ever thought possible.
When people first start working out, they often overlook the importance of stretching. Stretching helps the body heal after exercise and gives you a greater range of motion. It doesn't take a lot of time, but it can be difficult to know where to start. That's where this app comes in.
With four pre-loaded routines for full body, upper body, lower body, and back, it's easy to hop on the app and get your stretching in for the day without much thought. Alternatively, you can create your own routines and save them to the system. Either way, with this app, your flexibility will improve and you'll get better results from your exercise routine.
